A highly aromatic, intensive and very slightly piquant extra virgin olive oil. The special soil and our natural farming methods mean balanced but small harvests – just 1.5L of this healthy essence can be produced per tree in an average year.

Oil description

Appearance:
A clear oil with a good density and a golden - green colour

Aroma:
Fine and intensive on the nose. Hints of quince, nut, pine nut and artichoke. On the palate intensive, with a good structure. A long finish with a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Frantoio, Maremmano, Moraiolo, Coreggiolo, Leccino, Pendolino.
